Junior Curling
Youth curling for all ages — Little Rockers through competitive juniors.
Broomstones is proud to offer a thriving junior curling program for youth of all ages and abilities. Whether your child has never held a broom or is a seasoned competitor, there's a place for them on our ice.
The program runs through the fall and winter season and includes Little Rockers (youngest), Youth, and Juniors levels. All instruction and equipment are provided.

Program Levels
Little Rockers
Grades 1–3Our entry-level program introduces the fundamentals of curling and develops an appreciation for the sport. Depending on age and ability, participants throw on a half sheet or three-quarter sheet. All equipment is provided.
Sundays 2:45–3:45 PM (on ice 3:00 PM)

Youth Curling
Grades 4–6The intermediate level prepares curlers for competition and progression into the Junior program. Instruction covers strategy, advanced delivery mechanics, and technique. Sessions alternate between skills & drills and competitive games. Participants throw full-sheet stones.
Sundays 1:45–2:45 PM
$150
Juniors
Grade 7 and up (under 18)The flagship junior program combines strategy and off-ice skills discussion with on-ice skills, drills, and games. A mandatory league component places members on teams competing for the season championship. Participants must be under 18 as of September 1st of the program year.
Advanced track: Curlers aged 13–17 may also participate in selected adult leagues (with unlimited sub privileges), pending coordinator approval and one prior year of junior program experience.
