Broomstones offers a wide variety of leagues that accommodate curlers of all ages, abilities, and schedules. League registration opens each August for the Fall half and each January for the Winter half.
Evening Team Leagues
Presidents
TeamTuesdays at 6:15 pm and 8:30 pm
The most competitive play at Broomstones. Teams play for the club championship. Full-season commitment required.

Derby
TeamMondays at 6:15 pm and 8:30 pm
Mixed gender league with A and B divisions. The no-tick rule applies. Divided into Fall and Winter halves.

Finlay
TeamSundays at 4:00 pm, 6:15 pm, or 8:30 pm
The only weekend team-based league. Teams of four compete in a round robin format with an end-of-season playoff.

Social, fun atmosphere. Register individually or with a partner — coordinators build balanced teams each half.

Loving Cup

Great for beginners and experienced curlers alike. A welcoming league where coordinators mix experience levels to create balanced teams.

Register alone or with up to three friends. Coordinators build balanced teams from the registered groups.

Inter-club men's pickup league played at The Country Club in Brookline, drawing from multiple regional clubs. Runs October through March.

Open to Boston-area college students. All experience levels welcome — mostly new curlers. First session free.

New Curler Training Program (NCTP)
Limited enrollmentFridays at 6:15 pm or 8:30 pm
A structured 10-week program covering the fundamentals of curling. The primary path to Full Membership for beginners. ~16–20 spots per year.
